despite the fact I faced error (0xc000000f) before while trying to boot from capture image created by windows server 2012 R2. (https://amagsmb.wordpress.com/2014/12/15/image-capture-boot-image-fails-with-0xc000000f/)
I consumed a whole day again troubleshoot this issue, In first, I thought it’s irrelevant to the previous issue I MET BECAUSE IN THE PREVIOUS TIME THE CAPTURE IMAGE WAS CREATED FROM WINDOWS 8.1 BOOT image, while in this time I created the capture image from windows 7 boot image. eventually, I tried the same solution mentioned in the above blog post and bam! it works.
So, whenever you met error 0xc000000f when you try to boot from capture image created using windows server 2012 R2, first try to mount the wim file and then dismount it using the /commit option. (as explained on the blog post mentioned above)
