Mapping ITIL Processes to System Center family

When we talk about IT Service Management (ITSM) using System Center family and specially System Center Service Manager (SCSM), the talk always involves talking about Microsoft Operation Framework (MOF).

While most IT admins are aware of ITIL framework, the using of MOF to demonstrate the abilities of SCSM would be not suitable, and many IT admins will convert the conversation about ITIL. So, it became a necessity for SCSM consultants to understand where SCSM maps with ITIL.
